Decided to call our house “mama lochores’ kitchen” just had Ty for dinner, well, not him – but a beautiful winters casserole, full of warming ginger, garlic, onions, beef (0f course) coriander, spinach on top, mushrooms etc & good old fashioned mashed spud! Followed by boysenberry pie & ice cream (thanks to Ty).
